2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Platform independently.
• Children under 13 may only use the Platform through a parent or legal guardian account, who is responsible for the child's activity and data.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your country or that you are a parent/guardian providing consent for a child under that age.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply with these requirements.

3. Account Creation, Termination, and Deletion

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may request to delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment history for compliance).
• Parent or guardian accounts may delete child accounts and associated data.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Free Trial

• The Platform operates on a freemium model: basic features are free; advanced features require a subscription (monthly or yearly).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. Cancellation during the trial period prevents any charges.
• Payment is processed via Stripe, and you are responsible for all applicable taxes.
• Refunds are generally not provided, except as required by law. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings.

5. Use of the Platform

• The Platform is for personal educational use only.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform (e.g., hacking, scraping, or bypassing payment).
• Generated content is for learning purposes and should not be relied upon as professional or certified instruction.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated questions and personalized learning content are provided "as-is".
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or learning outcomes.
• Users understand that AI outputs may contain errors or biases, and the Platform is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

7. User Content

• Users retain ownership of uploaded profile pictures.
• By uploading a profile picture, you grant the Platform a limited license to display it as part of your account.
• You may delete or replace profile pictures at any time.

8. Data and Privacy

• We collect data on learning progress, user interactions, clicks, and mouse movements to personalize your experience.
• Our Privacy Policy provides details on data collection, storage, and usage.
• While we take reasonable measures to protect data, no system is completely secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access or breaches beyond reasonable control.

• All content, software, AI models, and branding on the Platform are owned by Lumero or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or sell Platform content.

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Liability for breaches, errors, or interruptions is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
